We have a full architectural capability in house for smaller projects as well as working with a select handful of architects that are specialists in their field and whom we are happy to work alongside.

We also have our own in-house Planning Consultant and Historic Building Consultants with many years’ experience in rural planning and the complexities of projects within unique areas such as the South Downs National Park, Conservation Areas and many National landscapes (formerly Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty) throughout the south.

With this specialist input we are able to provide a turnkey solution from initial consultation, through preparation of full architectural drawings and submission of applications for planning approval and listed building consent.
