Discharge Of Planning Conditions

Heritage Statements are now required for all applications involving works to listed buildings or works within Conservation Areas and are required to assess the significance of built heritage assets.

Planning Permission or Listed Building Consent is often granted subject to a number of conditions which must be discharged prior to works commencing. Manorwood often prepare detailed plans to discharge individual conditions, typically relating to materials, detailing or landscaping.

Where more specialist input is required such as Ecology reports or Contamination reports we are able to arrange for third party consultants that we regularly work with. This allows us to prepare and submit a comprehensive package of details to the Local Planning Authority allowing development to progress without unnecessary delay.
