Heritage Statements are now required for all applications involving works to listed buildings or works within Conservation Areas and are required to assess the significance of built heritage assets.

Our Heritage Statements are detailed evidence-based documents based on expert research by our historic building consultants and a detailed understanding of a building’s evolution and significance which can be used to inform proposals to alter historic buildings and provide justification for appropriate change.
